Welcome to TOCS Music 
Welcome returning and new families to TOCS Music. Mrs. Doriani and Mrs. Johnston are very excited to see you again or meet you for the first time. We look forward to making beautiful music with you and having fun in the process. See you soon! The music department curriculum at Twin Oaks fo cuses on teaching the elements of music through singing, moving, listening, playing instruments and creating. We recognize that all students come with varying degrees of knowledge, desire and skills in music. It is our intent and purpose to develop students' skills in music literacy, vocal and instrumental proficiency, and appreciation and awareness of music from different time periods, other countries and various genres. Students will apply their skills in a variety of public performance settings throughout the school year. We also strive to prepare students for future musical experiences in school, church and life.
