Our students receive daily Bible instruction that teaches to their hearts and minds. We gather on Fridays to hear an engaging message and sing together in Chapel. We also have students in Crew groups, named so because no child is here alone. These groups are made up of a mix of students K-8 who meet with the same teacher monthly in order to learn and serve together, When students sin against one another, we follow a biblical model of reconciliation that focuses on repentance and forgiveness. We approach discipline as a form of discipleship rather than punishment. Technology
Our campus holds a 24-computer lab that hosts our digital literacy classes. Our elementary grade levels have access to iPads to supplement their analog class materials and our middle school students make use of Chromebooks. We are intentional about our use of technology so that it is used to modify and redefine what our students are able to do rather than simply replacing paper textbooks with digital. |
